Utilizing an extensive network of local suppliers including McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services, Reico Kitchen and Bath, The L&L Flooring Company, Timberlake Lighting & Design Center, and Appalachian Home Technology—and partnering with innovators in building technology, such as Trane® and Kohler®, our enduring subcontractor relationships built by Piedmont’s Senior Managers over the years deliver our home buyers with a home exactly the way they want it—at a value that traditionally has not been found in the Central Virginia marketplace.
